As per tradition, the cuisine reflects the values of the products harvested from our land, many of the products used come directly from the harvest of our farm / farmhouse “Il Ritorno”, located right in the valley floor at the gates of the Val d’Ambiez.
The kitchen is supervised directly by the manager Roberto who passionately wants to convey as much as possible to his patrons the extraordinary sensations of still tasting a genuine and typical Trentino cuisine.

On the menu you will find dishes for everyone, vegetarians, for mountaineers who sometimes need a simple, quick but energetic dish, while for gourmets who prefer a good lunch or dinner after a long hike, we offer succulent dishes that will satisfy every palate…
In addition to lunch and dinner, the restaurant service is open all day, with the option of at least one hot dish.
